Terms of Service

1. This agreement

These Terms are a contract between you and [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name] ("we", "us"), covering iwantmywebsitenow and everything you reach through it. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. If you're agreeing on behalf of a company, you're confirming you're allowed to bind it.

You need to be at least 18, or old enough to enter a contract where you live with a guardian's permission.

2. What we provide

We give you one or more virtual computers running in the cloud, reachable through a terminal in your browser, with Claude Code preinstalled. Websites and applications you create are served from those same computers, at a subdomain we provide and at domains you connect. Your plan sets how many computers and domains you get, and how much compute is included.

3. Your Claude account is your own

Claude Code runs on your computer signed in with your Anthropic account. We don't resell Anthropic's services, we don't set their prices, and we don't control what the model does or says. Your use of Claude is governed by your agreement with Anthropic, and anything you're charged for it is between the two of you.

We can't guarantee that the code an AI writes is correct, secure, or fit for any particular purpose. Review what ends up on your computer before you depend on it, the same as you would with code from anywhere else.

4. Your computer, your responsibility

Root access means you can install, change, or remove anything on your computer. With it comes responsibility for what runs there: keeping software you install reasonably current, holding the licenses for anything you deploy, and dealing with the consequences if you break it. Our reset restores the system side of the machine and leaves your files alone — it is not a backup service, and we don't guarantee your data against loss. Keep your own copies of anything you'd be upset to lose.

5. Your content stays yours

You own everything you upload, write, or generate on your computer. We claim no ownership of it. You grant us only the narrow license we need to run the service — storing your files, serving them to visitors who request them, and moving them between our systems for backup, maintenance, or migration. That license ends when you delete the content or your account.

You're responsible for having the right to use what you publish, and for your own compliance obligations toward your visitors — including any privacy notices, cookie disclosures, or terms your website needs.

6. Acceptable use

Every item on this list fails the same test: it breaks the law, routes harm to other people through our network, or violates the acceptable-use terms of the providers we build on. Inside those lines, what you run on your computer is your business.

Don't use the service to:

• break the law, or help anyone else do it — or do anything prohibited by the providers our service runs on: Fly.io's acceptable-use policy and Cloudflare's terms bind us, so they bind you too;
• store, publish, or trade in personal data that was stolen or gathered without the consent of the people it describes;
• host or distribute malware, phishing pages, command-and-control infrastructure, or content designed to deceive people into giving up credentials, money, or personal data;
• send bulk unsolicited email, or run open relays;
• run open proxies, Tor exit nodes, or residential-proxy schemes, resell your computer's bandwidth, or otherwise let strangers reach the internet from our network;
• mine cryptocurrency, run distributed compute schemes, or otherwise use the machine as a resource farm rather than to build and host your own work;
• attack, scan, or overload anyone else's systems, or interfere with ours and our other customers';
• publish pornography or other sexually explicit material, whether or not it's lawful;
• publish content that sexualizes minors, incites violence, or that we're legally required to remove;
• infringe someone else's intellectual property, or publish material you have no right to publish;
• create accounts in bulk, evade plan limits, or share one account across unrelated people or businesses.

We investigate abuse reports and act on what we find. Serious cases — especially anything illegal or aimed at other people's systems — can mean immediate suspension without notice.

7. Fair use of resources and bandwidth

Your plan includes a generous allowance of compute and bandwidth, sized for normal use — building, hosting, and serving your own websites and applications. We don't publish a hard bandwidth number because we'd rather nobody was counting; in exchange, we ask that your usage stay within the spirit of a personal or business website rather than a distribution network.

If sustained usage is materially out of line with that, we'll contact you first and work out something that fits. Where usage is deliberately adversarial, we may restrict, throttle, or suspend the account.

8. Plans, price, and what happens at the limit

We charge a flat price per plan. There is no metered overage — if you exceed what your plan includes, we notify you, then progressively limit what the computer can do, and we never bill you for the difference.

On a paid plan in good standing, your website stays online through all of it. That promise depends on your subscription being active; it doesn't apply where a payment has been reversed or charged back, or where an account is suspended for abuse. On the free plan, a computer that stays over its allowance may be paused until the period resets.

9. Billing, renewal, and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe as merchant of record. Your card statement will read LINK.COM* IWANTMYWEBSITENOW rather than our name, and receipts and renewal notices come from them.

• Renewal. Paid plans renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You'll confirm this explicitly at checkout, and we'll remind you ahead of an annual renewal.
• Canceling. You can cancel yourself, online, at any time, in as few steps as it took to sign up. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you've paid for.
• Upgrades and downgrades. Upgrades apply immediately and are prorated. Downgrades apply at the end of the period. Neither deletes your data — computers beyond your new plan's allowance are put to sleep with their contents intact.
• Refunds. Monthly plans aren't refunded; cancel and you're simply not charged again. Annual plans may be prorated at our discretion — ask us.
• Failed payments. Service continues while we retry, with notice, for a short grace period before the account drops to free-plan limits.
• Price changes. We'll give you advance notice before any price change affects you, and existing customers generally keep the price they signed up at.
• Tax. Prices exclude sales tax and VAT unless stated; where they apply, they're added at checkout.

10. Suspension, termination, and deletion

You can close your account whenever you like. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these Terms, that we're legally required to act on, or that puts our systems or other customers at risk. Where it's safe and lawful to do so, we'll tell you first and give you a chance to fix it.

Canceling a plan keeps your data — computers go dormant and your files are retained. Deleting your account is different: it removes your content after a short recovery window, and that can't be undone. We keep billing records afterward where the law requires it, as described in the privacy policy.

11. Availability

We work hard to keep the service up, and we'll tell you honestly when it isn't. That said, it's provided as-is, without any uptime guarantee or service-level commitment, and we don't promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Idle computers sleep by design and wake when a visitor arrives; brief wake latency is normal operation, not downtime.

12. Disclaimers and liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We're not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, for lost profits, or for lost or corrupted data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before it arose.

Nothing here limits liability that can't be limited by law — including fraud, or death or personal injury caused by negligence.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the service changes. For material changes we'll give reasonable notice by email or in the app before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law
