That LINK.COM charge

statement? You're in the right place, and nothing's gone wrong.
Short answer. That's a subscription to
iwantmywebsitenow — a computer of your own in the cloud, for building and
hosting websites. Our payments run through Stripe, and Stripe's checkout
puts LINK.COM on the statement instead of our name. Same
charge, different label.
How to be sure it's yours
The amount should be $14, $29, or $79 a month, or $132, $290, or $790 for a year, plus tax where it applies. If one of those looks familiar and you or someone who shares your card signed up for a website, that's it.

Why it doesn't say our name
Stripe handles our payments as merchant of record: they process the money, handle sales tax in about eighty countries, and take on fraud and disputes. Their checkout brands itself as Link, and that's what reaches your bank. Common arrangement for small software companies — it just makes for a confusing line on a statement.
Managing or canceling it
Sign in and cancel from your account settings whenever you like. It takes about as long as signing up did, with no phone call and nobody trying to talk you out of it. Canceling stops the next renewal and leaves your files exactly where they are.
Receipts and renewal reminders come from Stripe rather than us, so check your spam folder if you haven't seen them.
If you don't recognize it at all
Email support@iwantmywebsitenow.com with the date and amount and we'll look it up right away — including whether an account exists on your email address at all. If it isn't yours, we refund it and help you sort it out.
Try us before your bank, if you can. Not because a dispute is the wrong tool — it exists for exactly this — but because we can usually fix it the same day, and a dispute takes weeks and locks the account while it runs.
